Full removals terms & conditions

1. The cost of your removal will be £.     There are no other charges; insurance is included in the price. This is £20,000.00 per load, and covers any accidental damage, while the goods are in our care & control.
2. This estimate is valid for three months.
3. Payment can be by credit / debit card or cash on loading. Or by cheque to reach us 10 days before loading, cheques made payable to Removals2europe. There is a 2.5% surcharge when using a Credit card, Debit cards are free to use.
4. A deposit will be taken on booking. This will be UK removals £100 & European removals £500 If you cancel more than 7 days before the move we will refund the deposit. This can be paid by card over the phone.

7. The estimate is for a load & deliver, dedicated removal service, there is no storage or packing in this quote. The move will be carried out by ourselves we will not sub- contract the removal to anyone else. Except with your agreement.
8. If you would like packing, unpacking or storage, please ask us for a quote.
9. Dedicated / full removals are collected & delivered on the date & times agreed. But you must allow for delays with ferries, weather & traffic delays, Etc. that are out of our control
10. There may be a charge if we have wait for keys. Or if we have to wait to load or unload.
11. The estimate assumes easy access at both addresses, there will be a charge if there is a long carry ( over 20 metre), or if a flat above 1st floor with no lift, or with a lift we cannot use. The vehicle we may use is 16M long, 4M high 2.5M wide. Please let us know if there are any low bridges, cables, trees, narrow roads, tight corners or weight limits, under 11 tons
12. We do not carry liquids, any flammable goods, animals, fish, money, food or anything dangerous or illegal, we will not carry anything that is dirty. If any of the above is carried, with or without our knowing, it will be at your risk,
13. All mowers & petrol engine tools, must be empty of fuel & oil.
14. We will carry plants on the lorry or van, if clean, but all plants are carried at your risk. Please let us know if there is anything heavy, like a piano or safe, so that we can bring a proper trolley for the job.
15. If you have a lot of plants, garden tools & furniture, let us know and we have a covered trailer that we can use.. This keeps them away from your house furniture , and reduces the risk of damage.
16. All self-assembly furniture must be flat packed or carried at your risk. All garden pots & statues must be bubble wrapped or suitably protected. All garden pots will be carried at your own risk.
17. Packing carton, must strong, and be packed so that they can be carried, and be stackable. Any fragile boxes must be marked, fragile, very fragile or this way up. Also mark the room it is to go into.
18. TV's, Hi- Fi's, PC's , printers, scanners, Etc. must be boxed & padded China & glass, line the box with newspaper, & wrap individually in tissue or newspaper, make sure they are well padded. Plates must be packed upright, not one on top of another. Records & CD's also pack upright.
19. All cushions & covers removed from sofas, armchairs Etc. and packed in boxes or strong bags. All bedding to be boxed or bagged.
20. All European removals must have an inventory , listing all that is being removed. This is for customs.
21. If you are thinking of buying any more furniture or other items, that you will want us to carry please inform us, before you buy it so that we can make sure that it will still fit into the vehicle. There will be an extra charge, if we have to use a larger or 2nd vehicle
22. For safety we do not disconnect appliances or dismantle furniture, we do not enter lofts/ attics or climb ladders.
23. If there is any problem or any claim you must tell me in person or by telephoning me on 0044 (0)7958 741224 within three days. Then in writing, either by letter or email ASAP. Insurance is £20,000 per load, with a L250 excess. This covers house removals in the UK & Europe. If you need more cover, then let us know and we will increase it for the move at cost

PART LOAD SERVICE UK - EUROPE - UK RETURN LOADS TO UK FROM EUROPE

1. The cost of your part removal will be £.     This based on the information given to us by you. There are no other charges; insurance is included in the price. This is £20,000.00 per load, and covers any accidental damage, while the goods are in our care & control.
2. All estimates are valid for three months.
3. Payment can be by credit / debit card or cash on loading. Or by cheque to reach us 10 days before loading, cheques made payable to Removals2europe. There is a 2.5% surcharge when using a Credit card, Debit cards are free to use.
4. A deposit of £100 will be taken on booking, for all part loads. If you cancel more than 7 days before the move we will refund the deposit. This can be paid by card over the phone.
5. Parking permits to be arranged by you. Any parking tickets will be paid by you.
6. We need the full postal address, with postcode. Printed clearly. Also contract phone numbers
7. The estimate is for a load & deliver service, door to door. There is no storage or packing in this quote. The move will be carried out by ourselves we will not sub- contract the removal to anyone else. Apart from deliveries to / from Ireland. We work with a company in the north of Ireland. For small loads we may use a courier to collect or deliver to us.

9. Your delivery is a part load to Europe, please note we will do all we can to collect & deliver on the dates & times that you want. But you may have to be flexible, as dates & times may change. We do not promise a delivery, date or time.
10. If you need the collection and / or delivery to be on a certain date or time, please ask for a price, going as a dedicated load.
11. Dedicated / full removals are collected & delivered on the date & times agreed. But you must allow for delays with ferries, weather & traffic delays, Etc. that are out of our control

14. We will not take our vehicles off road. Please let us know if access is over a field, dirt track, dried river, muddy building site, etc. If we cannot get to your property, you may need to hire a suitable vehicle & labour. Waiting time may be charged.

25. If you are thinking of buying any more furniture or other items, that you will want us to carry please inform us, before you buy so that we can make sure that it will still fit into the vehicle. There will be an extra charge, if you add any items
26. For safety we do not disconnect appliances or dismantle furniture, we do not enter lofts/ attics or climb ladders. The driver must not be asked to lift items that are too heavy, or awkward for him. With part loads there may be only one driver, so please let us know if there is no one to help him

Insurance is £20,000 per load, with a £250 excess. This covers house removals in the UK & Europe. If you need more cover, then let us know and we will increase it for the move at cost

Space available for part loads or returm loads

We are in France most weeks, Spain every fortnight & Itaty every month, for part loads & return loads. We are working with a family run company in the North of Ireland, and can offer a full or part load service, between the UK, Ireland or Europe.. They collect & deliver in Ireland and deliver to our depot near Gatwick, then we deliver & collect in Europe. This is a weekly service between Ireland - UK - Ireland
